El curioso hábito de Leonardo DiCaprio que le ocultó a su madre durante años

En una entrevista con The New York Post, el reportero gráfico Steve Eichner relató que en 1994 tomó una foto que podría haberle causado problemas familiares a Di Caprio.

El actor y productor de cine de 45 años de edad, Leonardo DiCaprio, es uno de los famosos más exitosos de Hollywood. El intérprete de Jack Dawson en la emblemática película de 1998, “Titanic”, actualmente se destaca por su activismo medioambiental y lo muestra abiertamente en las redes.

Pero aparentemente no siempre ha sido así. En la década del ’90, Leo era un fumador empedernido. Al parecer, su madre no estaba muy de acuerdo. Así lo contó Steve Eichner, un reportero gráfico del “The New York Post”.

Hello Everyone. I have an announcement that I hope will bring some joy to people in this trying time. Where are the photos?” Well now is the time to send me those requests again. Let me know what you most want to see.For the past three years, my archive has been in storage and before that, I was always so busy shooting full time for WWD. I never had time to do this. Now I do!!! My basic plan is to just kind of randomly look through files and if something jumps out at me I will scan those negatives or slides. I will post these on social media.I will also start posting on a website. I will design the website as sort of a wiki so others can add dates, facts, names, other photos info, etc. I will also make a video describing what I can remember about the shoot. Post some sort of blog or youtube channel. It is a work in progress and I would like all the input, suggestions and help I can get. Again I hope these memories and historical artifacts will bring happiness to people around the world. Please share this post with anyone who may be interested in any way.. Según detalló el reportero gráfico, el actor se acercó a él para pedirle de manera educada que no publicara una imagen suya que el fotógrafo acababa de tomar, en la que aparecía junto a Johnny Depp en un comercio de «tabaco y dulces».

"Leo se acercó a mí, me dio un toquecito en el hombro y me dijo: ‘¿Me podrías hacer un favor y no usar esa foto? Esta noche podés sacarme tantas fotos como quieras'", contó Eichner en relación con un acto público en el Club USA en el que participaban los dos artistas.

"Cuando le pregunté cuál era el problema que había en esa imagen, Leo me contestó: ‘Estaba comprando cigarrillos y mi mamá no sabe que fumo'", recordó el fotógrafo.
